Evidence lineage
The workspace stays case-oriented. Underneath it, Clarivy records relationships such as supported by, derived from, satisfies policy gate and reviewed by.
Integrity does not mean truth
A SHA-256 content hash is a digital fingerprint. If the preserved content changes, the hash changes. It helps prove consistency, but it does not prove that a document is authentic or that a claim is true.

Why policy snapshots matter
Every case binds to an immutable published policy version. If an administrator changes tomorrow’s workflow, yesterday’s case still points to the exact criteria, evidence requirements and review gates that applied when it ran.
